and fill your head

with all the right answers

i wouldn't

if i could snap my fingers

and give you perfect

spelling grammar punctuation

i couldn't

you are imperfect

like me

you have mountains to climb

crosses to bear and Ts to cross

because you are human

but if i could wish away

all the self-doubt and uncertainty

that weighs down your beautiful mind

i'd take it as my own
